How long does shipping take? When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped. If your order doesn’t arrive within 6 weeks, contact us for a full refund or reshipment.
Can I track my order after it’s dispatched?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (allow up to 5 days for updates). Track your order’s status directly on our website at lunarialoom.store/track. For assistance, email us at support@lunarialoom.store.
Do you offer a guarantee or return policy?
Yes, we offer a 30-day comfort guarantee! If your loungewear or sleepwear doesn’t meet your expectations or arrives faulty, email support@lunarialoom.store with your order details and photos of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days and offer refunds or exchanges for eligible items. Returns must be unworn and in original packaging.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of confirmation. Contact us at support@lunarialoom.store with your name and order number. After 12 hours, orders enter production and cannot be changed or canceled due to our artisanal manufacturing process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are securely processed with 128-bit encryption for your peace of mind.
